Chile Potato is not able to enjoy many times because it has a very spicy taste. But when you make it with honey, it will not be shiny but will look great.

Potatoes: 2 (cut into long pieces), maida – 3-4 tablespoons, salt – as per taste, red chili powder – 1 tsp, oil – for deep frying
Oil – 1 tsp, green onion – 2 (chopped with stalks), capsicum – 1 (cut into pieces), garlic paste – 1 tablespoon, honey – 2 tablespoons, salt – as per taste, soy sauce – 1 / 2 tsp, white sesame – 3 tsp, chili sauce – 3 tsp
In a mixing bowl, mix flour, salt, and red chili powder together. Then add chopped potatoes and mix it well. Keep in mind, the potatoes should be completely coated with the mixture. Then put all the potatoes in a pan and deep fry till they become golden brown.
To make the base, put oil, garlic paste, and green onion in a pan and fry it for a minute on high flame.
Now add capsicum, honey, salt, soy sauce, and chili sauce and fry it lightly for two to three minutes. Then add fried potatoes and white sesame seeds and mix well. Now take it out on a serving plate and serve hot.
