Mushroom and Pepper Chilli – Ingredients for Mushroom and Pepper Chilli

1 bay leaf 1 onion
1 tablespoon garlic paste 1 cup mushrooms
1 full cup of bell peppers and 1 full cup of black beans
1 cup kidney beans 1 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
A little coriander 2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup tomato puree thyme
Organic tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste, 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
2 green chilies

How to make Mushroom and Pepper Chili

1: Firstly heat olive oil and add bay leaf and onion.
2: Then mix it well and add mushrooms and garlic.
3: Now cover it and cook the mushroom for a while. Then add black beans, bell peppers, and kidney beans and mix well.
4: Then after this add red chili powder, cumin, thyme leaves, and oregano. Now add tomatoes, fresh tomato juice, and tomato puree.
5: Finally garnish it with green chili and coriander and serve it.
