Soya Manchurian

Material:

Soybeans – 1 cup
Cornflour – 2 tablespoons
Red chili powder – 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tbsp
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Capsicum – 1 chopped
Chilli Sauce – 2 Tbsp
Soya Sauce – 1 1/2 tablespoons
Garlic – 1 finely chopped
Ginger – 1 finely chopped
Green Onions – Finely Chopped
Green chili – 2
Tomato Sauce – 1 Tbsp

Method:

Put the soybeans in hot water and soak them for 3-4 minutes. After this, squeeze it with water and remove it. Now add cornflour, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder and mix well and keep it on the side for 10 minutes. Finely chop the onion and green chilies. Cut the capsicum into small pieces. Now put 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan and fry it lightly by adding soybeans to it. Now heat it by adding oil in the same pan. Now add finely chopped ginger and garlic to it. Then add finely chopped onions and green chilies and cook. Now add capsicum and cook for 1 minute. Now put soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt, and mix well. Now add 1/4 cup of water and cook till the gravy thickens. Now put soya bean in it and cook it for 1 minute. Now turn off the gas by adding finely chopped green onions. Hot Soya Manchurian ready.
